Pre-hiring search stages include: a preliminary meeting with you to analyze personnel needs and to determine objectives to retain a new member of staff. Once those parameters are determined, the job is posted and PIVOT enters the next stage. We review the applicants, solicit specialized skill assignments, and request transcripts.
