The study for this recreation center included a variety of spaces: a 9,000 sq.-ft. gymnasium with elevated track, multi-purpose spaces of various sizes, fitness and dance/aerobic rooms, meeting and classrooms, child care space, and accommodations for staff, maintenance, storage, etc. It also included indoor and outdoor pools. The natatorium houses an indoor 8-lane, 50-meter pool with bulkheads and springboard diving and an attached leisure pool with waterslide and ramp entry. The outdoor leisure pool includes zero-beach entry, waterslide and participatory play features.
